Mercure Metals and Alloys offers a wide range of Seamless Copper Tubes. These tubes are supplied in both Hard Drawn Straight Length & Bright annealed Pancake Coils. These tubes are manufactured as per International and National Standards required by client.
All tubes are electronically tested by Eddy Current method, as per the requirements of ASTM E 243.
Mercure Metals and Alloys tubes are 100% carbon free. All tubes are cleaned and sample tested to meet the residual requirements as specified by the codes at 0.038g/m2 (0.35g/ft2).
Coils are normally furnished in ‘O60’ temper and straight lengths in H58 temper.
100% RoHS Compliance.

Mercure Metals and Alloys uses advanced Professional equipment to manufacture pipe fittings in accordance with relevant international & national products standards.
All products are manufactured conforming to relevant products standards as follows:
American standard ANSI/ASME B16.22-2001 and Japanese standard JISH3401
European standards: European Community's standard EN1254-1, British standard BS864-2 and German standard DIN2856
Elbows
Available in 90 and 45 angles, our elbows are perfect fitments for angular joints changing the direction of
the pipe and have a close radius to fit in the tightest possible space. Many other varieties are available for
specific requirements.
U-Bends
Ideal for compact applications, our U-bends are used to accommodate the return flow of the coolant,
providing a 180 turn in a much smaller space. We manufacture both expanded as well as plain U-bends
for condensers and evaporators.
Couplings
We offer couplings in various dimensions, which are used to connect two pipes of different diameters as
well as to joint two identical size tubes together.
Tee
Tee is a fitting in the shape of a 'T' where top of it is the continuous pipe run and the vertical section is a
branch connected to it. Tees offer multiple options and used in a variety of applications. We offer varieties
of Tees multiple dimensions like one end having smaller diameter and cross Tees, which are used to
connect four tubes or a threaded Tee when the vertical section of it has female threads
Reducer
Reducers are a type of fitting which is used to connect two copper pipes. They come in many different
sizes allowing us to use one copper fitting for these copper pipe connections. The general sizes available
are 1/2" x 1/4", 1/2" x 3/8", 5/8" x 1/4", 5/8" x 3/8", 5/8" x 1/2", 3/4" x 1/2", 1" x 1/2", 1" x 3/4", etc as per
the client specification.
Non-Standard Fittings
Mercure Metals and Alloys also manufactures non standard custom made fittings as per client design and
specifications.
